There was no school this past Mon. and Tues and people didn't have to work because of tomb sweeping day. This holiday is where people pay respects to their ancestors who have already died and they "sweep" or clean their gravesites and give them offerings. It's a national holiday and since the holiday landed close to the weekend, we decided to go on a short vacation to Green Island which is off the southern coast of Taiwan. I just came home tonight and have to work tomorrow. I can't believe tomorrow is Wed. already lol I will blog what I did these past couple of days on tomorrow's blog. This trip was definitely a fun and exciting and I'm sad it's over. I think the hardest part of coming back from vacation is when it's over and returning back to our normal lives haha
