There were leftover ingredients to make more tacos from last night so Drew and I made more tacos tonight. Yummy! They are so good. I think what made it the best was the corn and black bean mix and that he heated the tortillas in the pan. Alex who made tacos last night just mixed those two ingredients together but I think because he made it into a bean paste topping so it was just extremely delicious. Anyway I posted up pictures of the food and Alex who was making the tacos. He was really nice as he made everyone 2nd and 3rd helpings, and there were about 7 of us or so.
Tonight Drew and I went to get another DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) pad so we can compete against one another now. I will now be super addicted to DDR!
*Oh and I forgot to say this, today (14th) is the 5th month mark that I've been in Taiwan! Time is going by so fast that I didn't even realize it until this morning hehe
