Ex-boyfriend explanation and bus

Tonight for my advanced class I was teaching them sentence structures should and must. The book had problems and solutions to use should and must. One of the problems was my ex-boyfriend's getting married. The solution is to not go to the wedding. It was funny because the students didn't know what ex-boyfriend meant. I explained it by saying that one of the boys in class and I dated and we broke up. It was funny and then I explained other terms such as ex-husband and how you can't say ex-teacher. My co-teacher said yeah you have to say former teacher instead...I know I probably sounded creepy saying I dated one of the students but I was just kidding lol

Drew and I went to Shilin night market after work and I got some school supplies but I also ate lots of food. I ate jipai which is a piece of fried chicken with seasoning, polish sausage with garlic pieces, fried sweet potato balls, drank bubble milk tea, and passion fruit slushy type dessert. Yum! Then Drew showed me another way to go home by taking the bus. It's a really nice bus and it's cheaper and quicker to get to work instead of the MRT although I do like taking the MRT. I just love going to the night market and my tummy does too!
